Return of Reckoning

Hello there, I played a lot during the golden age of AoR and I was soooo glade to discover Return of Reckoning !
I'm a french player and I start with a dwarf ingeneer.
I have to find my feet but so happy to be here
Is there anywhere I can find informations about what is fully developed or not ?
