is this how proc work, in this case from prpl weapon from RvR bag, Double proc on the same time frame(second)
I know what proc mean(atleast i think!!) but i mean is it really suppose to trigger twice like that ?

those were wtf moments.

with 50 % auto attack speed with a fast weapon, jewel set and conq shoulder you can reach 1.1 sec auto attack . with delay of server sometimes the proc come two times in one gcd . just that. the weapon dont have the same proc off and main hand

what's the name of proc from main hand and off hand ?

I'm not sure which weapons to go, rvr or sc one.

Mm wait ...on ror off hand its suppose to be implemented as a general proc and therefore should not be able to have proc as on ror procs should not proc other procs....
