Return of Reckoning

Hey everyone! I’m getting back into RoR after a long while. I had a couple of questions if anyone wouldn’t mind answering?

1) What are “needed” classes? I really don’t have a preference as I’ve become a character switcher and that’s no bueno!

2) What’s the “best” route leveling? Is it PvE or PvP?

I would suggest playing what you enjoy, every archetype is needed.
At a certain point you will probably anyway roll a 2nd or 3rd char, maybe even on the other realm.

Best route for leveling is a mix of PvE and PvP so you are not Renown Rank starved once hitting level 40.
Renown grants you passive stats and is a major factor in determing which gear you can wear.

Play Order (any tank or healer), destro is overwhelming right now. Pve very nice if need fast xp gain, pve quests gives 200-300% xp bonus if ur race zone, start from 16 lvl

Orderside tanks, destru side healers

Mix t1 , at lv 15/15 rank forward in pve, try do sc and a bit of rvr to stay on par (use aao to lev renow fast rest focus on pve pq grind).
At 30/30 push to rank 40 for finally have access to all the tactic slots + full ruin then 1 week race to rr40.

Tank hmm? Any tank “better” than the others? I haven’t tanked since my early WoW days.

they are better at do a x playstile, if you dont bother to play an x playstile all tanks a re much more balanced here than in live, some have some weapon preference since they can fit more build diversity into that than other (ex bg/bo 2h, Ib/ch s+b)
