Return of Reckoning

Ingame it let Relentless do Spirit dmg but in the current Ror Career Builder it does not.

Will Relentless no longer be able to do spirit dmg or is this just a glicht in the builder?

It need a fix on builders from long dont even now if they had update the in game tactic tooltip in the end.
