How to get brutal eadplate for black orc?

Hi i was wondering how can i get the brutal eadplate for the black orc. It is a lvl 18 purple helm, ive been trying to get it for a while now was just wondering if anyone knew how to get it.

Searched it on the forum.
There is just
one other thread mentioning it.
Second Post Torque says it is a T2 Epic quest reward.
Searched the Wiki. Made a Blackork. Copied the Link <LINK data="QUEST:42846" text="[A Lords' Game]" color="243,228,103"> to check the rewards.

thank you so much. All the people id been asking had said they got it from pqs in marshes of madness and i don't really know how to use the wiki but when i searched it nothing came up just all the gears sets. Thanks again!

Its from t2 epic Q like bowl said. I have it on my Bo...its not hard to find it on ror wiki..
