Client is in Japanese

So I just redownloaded the game off the main page using the client download rather than the torrent. I chose English as my language but the installer was in Japanese. I choose English on the launcher and try launching it and the entire game is in Japanese..?

Easy learn Japanese.
But seriously, you can either do it in the launcher by clicking the settings. (you may need to set it to another language first and back to English, as Japanese isn't a supported properly)
Alternatively
In game type to set UI back to English
/language 1
and if quests are in a different language, turn them back to enlgish with
.language 1
