Playing RoR in Steam link

Hi. I'm wondering if someone has managed to successfully play RoR on Steam link. I currently play with a controller on my pc but it would be cool to be able to play on my living room couch too. I'm not interested in opinions if the game should be played with a controller, I'm only interested in getting it to work in Steam link. So, has anyone had any success in such a thing?
