Return of Reckoning

Can anyone tell me how this is obtained..if by quest where would 1 find it?

Not obtainable in RoR

There are Players running around with it, or are they devs?

If you go to the Ekrund T1 RVR Camp there is an NPC under a Tent giving you a quest were you have to inspect a minecart at the Stonemine tower BO, after you accept the quest you have the ring in your inventory.

Maybe if you are high level you might already done that quest in the past, so I don't know if you can still obtain it then.

I have a question, is there also the ingame counterpart for Greenskins? that was a dwarf's head

Those reward are meant to be given for renown 80+ reward , not sure how it has been placed into a quest reward

been there since day 1
