What is the problem with the server, and also with the DEVs?

I'm sorry, I do not want anyone to take offense, but wasting time on content that can wait and not fix the serious issues that impact the game experience sounds kind of weird to me.

Every day we are suffering with the absurd LAG and when we finally get into a Keep it is necessary to kill the lord more than three times, since he resets, bugg and starts to disappear.

Please focus on the part that impacts the game, if the server does not handle the amount of players in the same zone, who separate the T2 and T3 from the T4, or make a survey and divide the best, it is horrible like that.

The problem with the lag is known and something we are trying to figure out how to solve in the best way, but it boils down to everyone being in the same zone and not moving when more zones opens up.

What happened today with the zone resetting was due to BV being locked and as such was progressed into BFP. This is unfortunate and something that we are trying to resolve.
