with present situation wen one fraction is significiantly outnumbered by other the idea of AAO to balance them is absolutly unacceptable(and don't tell me that small scale is still OK, ganking gayplay can do nothing with zone locking). So may be it should be reworked: stats scaling or something like that to give both of us chance to win.

You don't have to lock zone. Why should the smaller side have a chance to take zone?
Win your fights, ambush or harass the enemy.
The bigger side gets rewards for locking zone, the smaller side gets more rewards by kills.

lol. as per your logic the minority who is not interested in gank shouldn't go there at all(as far there is no chance to win)

You go there to progress faster than the bigger faction, because you don't waste time sitting on flags or searching for enemies.
You can win fights, you don't need to win zone, as there is currently no benefit.

Stat scaling would be terrible. Competant 6 mans would be unstoppable murder machines.

Anything would be better than this current method... no fun running 24+roamers vs 72+ everytime. And i say for both sides.

and that's exactly whad do I mean. We are here to get fun. Pretty sure there is no fun to be zerged all the time

Though I can feel your pain of not being able to surf with zerg and leech easy renown but it has nothing to do with the system. If you can’t get an advantage from AAO, try to make a group or make more players log your side (join WB guilds, use comms and etc) or take a break from that realm. No system should allow to faceroll greater numbers.
