Return of Reckoning

Hello, while lvling talisman making i was looking at talisman genie add-on and noticed that stats for green armor talismans don't match with the add-on. Every other one does, common, rare,very rare, armor ones stat ones.

Is this intentionally or bug that needs to be solved. I adjusted talisman genie to reflect the changes for now but was wondering why this was done.

If u look at armor stats there is only small difference between white and green ones while jump to blue is huge.
