RoR Updater appears in the Warhammer folder when RoRLauncher is used, then disappears

When attempting to install updates to Warhammer, the Login Server status is yellow, the updater reaches 100% and then I get this message: Error Downloading updater:
System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service
at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start()
at RoRLauncher.MainWindow.l3r9BmdCdFCVC8PGNZx(Object )
at RoRLauncher.MainWindow.JgVOQm7jJJ(Object , DownloadDataCompletedEventArgs )

As the title says, if I have the warhammer folder in view while attempting to update I see the RoR updater appear next to the launcher but then disappears when the error message occurs. I have another computer with Warhammer and it has an RoR updater file and updates on this laptop work fine. I attempted to move this file into the folder on the problematic computer, clicked it, and as it was loading my computer makes a sound indicating it has moved or deleted something and the file disappears again...I just don't understand.

Maybe your av or win defender delete the launcher because they think its malware.

Yeah, I think you might be right. I noticed that the laptop has it's Windows Defender deactivated. Gonna mess around with it on the desktop now.

I had tried to do that last night but the connection kept getting reported as timed out. I think that was from Norton Antivirus too, because I deactivated its virus scan and the updater appeared and functioned just fine from the launcher. Thank you though
