I tried to run it as admin and nothing, folder isnt Read only, and I never had this problem before

Have you tried moving WAR to somewhere other than program files?

so, war 64 was in AVG quarantine so I restored it back and trying to run louncher (rn is downloading some files) so then I will see what to do next... like move folder somewhere else

coz I didnt change path nor moved something out of program files..I played week ago and everything was ok and now Bang this

lol... problem solved. it was that freaking AVG
