Return of Reckoning

Happened to me with 3 different characters.
Word of pain critical hit me 5.7k damage with different mitigations.
i mitigated 800 - 1200 - 1250 of that damage from that skill on each character.

Is this normal? or is some kind of bug? I don't want to think a single skill can make 5.7k damage.
If there is you should fix it.

If i had a chosen near me with resistance debuff that skill would make 7k+ damage?
If a screen shot is required i can send to any dev is interested.

What happen is u meet a ST sorc with VoD and SoD tactics... soo answering u last question, no, chosen dont have lower u resist cos the sorc already did.

If he where a BW he have hited u for more...

Wasn't there a max damage cap at 4k, once?

Let me guess:
- it happend on one of these scenarios: Logrin Forge or Graveyard
- destro locked both points => x2 dmg buff for destro => insane crits

Context is incredibly important...

Cap is applied to damage taken, not to total (aka mitigation is not added)

No camp buff no sc just in open rvr.
1 kill with 1 skill changes the game. No class should do that.

Where in RvR? if you are near enemy WC (few meters) : your armor/resistance are decreased and in the same time enemy dmg are increased, and the more you "enter" this area, the worst it is.

Blaming the victim again.

Just kidding...

But seriously.. A ss of location and circumstances should be provided for all 3 so that mitigating factors and L2P issues aren't the cause.
