Return of Reckoning

I've downloaded the installer and it took around 30 hours to download the game, using a tiny fraction of what my internet usually downloads at, after all the wait I launched the game supposing it was done downloading, and I could just play, to have the launcher start downloading painfully slowly again, I've read there's supposed to be a "WAR.exe" but I just have 7 gigas of archives on the launcher folder, anyone has any idea of how to get the game running without waiting another 2 days? maybe I was supposed to download the torrent and not the installer?
I was really looking forward for the game, hopefully this has a dumb fix that I was just too blind to see.

That's how mine is currently. I was looking in here on how to fix it but no luck. It's averaging around 450 kb/s which my normal speed is around 15 mb/s.

See Page 90 and 91 of the post “RoR Client Downlod” post in the tech support section of the forum. What you are talking about sounds like you tried to download the game from the website, which doesn’t work any more and gives you that long download estimate.
