Stuttering ingame

AS the thread title says, I am having stuttering in the game. I have tried several solutions that I have got from players in game and on the Discord. They were: running the game in windowed mode, disabling some/all addons, using the default graphics settings, using the 64bit client.
The addon disabling helped a bit but not that much. My computer specs are well than enough to run this but I don't really know what to do. The game install is fresh, I started playing 2-3 hours ago.
Any help would be appreciated.
