i started a new dark elf char and as far as i saw game manual i should start from blighted isle but i was spawned at norsca… is that normal? lol XD

Yes it is . The server is not really over populated, then , the best solution to meet over players is to have the same starting point.

If i remember, you can use your Book of binding to return in your motherland.

This isn't a thing that's new on this server. It was implemented in the retail version of the game because the starting zones were so empty. The intend was to give the players a better leveling experience.

Dont think many quests work in elf either, compared to Norsca.
