[Suggestion] Realm War Chat

Hi,
I think making the Realm War chat channel only usable by warband/party leaders would be a good idea, plus implementing the old Realm Captain guild role from Live if that's at all possible.
Reason is to help coordination btw warbands in zones and filter out some of the uncoordinated and off topic chat,
