What is the best race and class for solo leveling and play. And which one is the best for rvr? and which is the best tank for groupe Play?

My opinion: KOTB (When you have shield, no one want to kill you first)
And which one is the best for rvr?
My opinion: Tank / Healer (Normally WB is short with these 2 classes)
and which is the best tank for groupe Play?
My opinion: KOTB (In RVR, 70%+ of the tanks is KOTB)
