Return of Reckoning

I'm not sure whether or not this could be classed as support but could I have a note added to my toons/account so that they don't get wiped for whatever reason as I know sometimes space news to be freed in the database/servers

My PC died a few months ago and I plan on purchasing another some time next month and really do not wish to lose my progress.

My friend, I had a character named Hellblade and I changed it to another name in order to use Heallblade in my SM but someone created it quickly and never played with the character. It has been a long time for the person to not log in, do you really think they will delete your data?

They haven't purged accounts for a VERY long time, so I wouldn't worry going "AFK" for a few months.

I'm not super worried about it, it's just incase anything happens:)
