3rd star influence reward, Dwarf - Greenskin t4 zone. Speed 1,6.
Epic quest, Ebon Flame, t4 elf zone. Two daggers (you can choose only one). 1,5 and 1,6 speed.
Higher dps WE daggers have all standard 2,4 speed.

I got acquainted with the rewards for quests.
And what is in the dungeons, or just world drop?

Wondering too, as there is no good reason.

I understand the mechanics of the witch. Many skills are not covered by crit. For them, only high speed helps. Especially for witchbrew.

It was just a question bormo, nothing more nothing less.
And now I can see why you would want faster daggers, for witchbrew as you mentioned.

Harbinger is lvl 39. Lvl 40 and higher (SC weapon) have standard 2,4 speed. On AoR all WE daggers above lvl had standard speed 2,4 iirc. Maybe some unique one... Big maybe.
