I was just curious, have there been any IRL meet-ups from people in the community? I've noticed there's a lot of players on the west coast (US) that play on RoR. Has anything like that been coordinated?

The 3rd Bitterstone Thunderers were hosting a irl guild meeting at the Medieval Spectaculum in Cologne last year, since many of us are from Germany or at least somewhat near. Well, we were 3 last year enjoying the 30+ celsius but we will do this again this summer, looking forward to having more ppl around this time. And well, we got caps

In the past we had guildmeetings with Nazgul and Perish, but sadly most players left :-/
