Return of Reckoning

Does anyone know what set and/or where to get the armor set that looks like the Chosen of Nurgle armor? I saw a player with the set but he was set to anonymous so I could check. I've always wanted to look like a Chosen of Nurgle ever since I saw an NPC with that armor. I was thrilled to see a player with it on this server, I didn't know they ever added it to the game for players.

Chosens in the game are Chosen followers of Tzeentch. Would make little sense for them to become nurgle followers.

You say that in a game that "takes liberties" lore on multiple occasions

the devs have said in the past that we can get cosmetic armor and even mounts in the future as rewards

You did probably see a player, I have seen some around as well. Some team members use those appearances now and then.
You are not going crazy.

Currently, the appearance is only available for Staff.
Shame, since once upon a time we were promised special titles and appearance items for being rr80+
