For example: tyrant at last bonus can have group clean for any debuff (5min CD).

The team can implement skills as a bonus.
But whether they will do it is unknown.

There is a plan for Granted Item Abilities outside the one on sovereign gear .

Item abilities is greate function. Gameplay may be more interesting .
