halp, it wont let me log in the game

i tried for 2 days to download, finally got it to download and now it says wrong username or ppassword but its the same stuff i use on this site

Launcher needs you respect Capitals and lowcase, and don't love signs and symbols.

i do. its the same for this sites log in but it wont let me. i really want to play this game. but its fighting me on it
