Are the other leveling zones intact?

I only played a few months into launch and had to quit playing for a number of reasons, but I think I vaguely remember all races getting started in the human area to consolidate the falling populations. Are there quests and such in the other areas currently?

That is correct, and yes, there are indeed quests in the other areas as well on this server.

Database for the whole game is available. Or should be anyhow.
We just need to wait for its implementation...
