Login server can't be pinged.

Can't login characters for 2 days. I read mythloginserviceconfig.xml file. The Login server name 20160805 and address "46.105.54.77". I ping it and it said "ip77.ip-46-105-54.eu [ 46.105.54.77] request timed out.
So please check if the above address is right or having server port problem?? The file using port 8048.
