Return of Reckoning

How good it is? How much dmg does it does on average? Does it ignores str/toughness, like rest of similar tactics?

I tried it for a while to help put pressure on Rune Priests w their single insta spammable heals, but didnt find much use for it outside those specific instances. Seemed to do about 300 damage or so. Even got a kill in a scenario from it once when the healer was in the back line. Lol'd at that for awhile. Most healers are half to full hp in the backline so a tiny damage hit wont really make an impact in the fight. Theres other tactics that are just simply better - not to mention that other classes get a very similar heal backlash for free.

It's useful.

there are "ways" in open field

Ok testing it, never see it doing any dmg in log. Any idea why?

Or just a bug, have to unequip and equip it, or such?

It should pop up in the logs. At least it did when I used it months ago. This skill is hardly ever used by chosen players so it could be broken and no devs would notice
