Problems with launcher

Hello!
First of all, sorry for my english, i´m from spain.
Have a problem with the launcher (installed via client RoRinstaller). When i execute the RoR Launcher I get this error and the Connect button is grey. I tried a lot of things (permissions, change to the alternative exe, move the entire folder etc...) and nothing. What can I do? Thx in advance.
