About Witch Hunter

Can someone tell me that why can't i kill Lv7 RR12 Witch Hunter ?
I'm LV14 RR24 DOK.
When I attack him always be parried and he attack me 200~300 per hit.

He must have seriously outplayed you: you must have been exposing your back, not using Rend Soul (or any of your other heals) at all, and he probably finished you off with his M1.

At that time he had no moral ability, because lvl 7.
I am wondering, why he hides his name but shows the other players name. How can we check his gear then? We can only guess at this point.

You have actually 3 good items for your rank, the rest is too low or simply bad picks like decimator set for melee dok. What we can't see is talismans, are you using them in all slots?
A lvl7 player with talismans, we can't know, has a ton more stats than you with his bolster to lvl19. I can't comment on skill, as we couldn't see the fight.

FP + torment + torment + abso + torment + torment + abso ...
or
FP + torment + torment + BH + torment + torment + abso ... (against tougher targets)
Would be my guess if the Witch Hunter knows what he/she is doing.
With Hunters bullets also hit hard in T1

in t1 u actually do more damage by spamming torment + abso + torment + abso + torment + abso because bullets do crazy damage early on

Yeah this is way better in t1.
