[Minor] WP/DoK animations

DoK's Khaine's Vigor has the same vfx as Khaine's Embrace, which is awesome.
WP's Pious Restoration has an underwhelming vfx.
My suggestion would be to change PR's vfx to that of Touch of the Divine, same as it is on the DoK. It would honestly look so much better!
