Having a problem (I can't get in the server)

As you can see, when I open with RoR Launcher.exe, this appears.
I cannot create a character and I am having problems finding out exactly why that is - I followed the installiation guide and everything.
(I am running Windows 10, got the correct Directx installed and + I moved the RoR launcher to the folder and replaced the old one.)
Please close WAR.exe

Try to turn off all firewalls and anti-viruses.

Got the same issue, turning off the firewall and antivirus does not work.
I have 3 characters but the characters don't even appear on the screen. Just the same screen as the image that was posted.

I have a very similar issue. I actually see the server but does not log my in. And says I have zero characters.

Are the login servers still down? all my friends are getting to log on and i get to the character screen and it shows i have no characters and wont finish loading through ive tried about 100 times not sure what to do now

I have the same problem and after a few tests, I fixed my problem with the use of a VPN.

Same, I fixed it with VPN. I don't have any specific understanding of how computers work and that stuff, but it's really annoying. Does anyone know why some networks doesn't let the game run?

to understand...and find a solution : where do you come from? your internet compagny? os?
