Return of Reckoning

I read somewhere that base AP regeneration is 25/s, but only outside of the global cool down. Is this still how it is in RoR?

It seems that when I spam an instant ability so that I am constantly in the GCD, I still get AP regeneration.

No AP reg during casting otherwise you reg AP normally. I believe it was always like this.

Not on live at least. When you spammed dots or hots on cooldown, there was no ap regen.

? repeatedly casting flash you do run out of ap eventually right? so no 25/sec during instas

gcd is 1.3? so if this was not the case you could spam 15ap infinitely but i am sure you cannot

Afaik there is a delay for ap-reg to start, after you used an insta-cast or a skill in generell. (not sure but i might have read, that there a different timer though)
During channeling skills you definitely don't reg-ap via natural reg (exception is you got something like RestBurst-Tactic-Proc).
Gear with "+x AP" only increases your natural reg, means the ticks you get will be bigger, but still only between casts.

Try the WSCT-Addon, it can show your gained ap.
