Return of Reckoning

I'm level 23 and RR 35. I've been leveling solely with RvR but I want to change pace due to burnout.

Any recommendations on leveling past 23? Which exact PQ do you recommend & build to farm?

You can farm some easy PQ [you can solo them] and later on some RUIN PQ. If you solo pick easy ones. As for build just max parry from renown and use dmg aura/str aura its workin well. If you have healer that can heal you you can try normal ones [higher chance for bags].

Scenarios will level you up pretty decently while still being fun.

PQ just farm whatever is at your level range, try which ones work out for you.

always log out at city to get rest bonus.
go to any zone around your lvl.
do quests while queue SC.
hunt PQ inf gears if bored.
back to orvr if bored.
back to pve if orvr bored.

It is best to log out in vipers pit.

I just changed it so mayhem gear drops boots and gloves from purple bags, and the rest from gold bags. That set is right around your level, so I'd suggest running t3 PQs until you are fully mayhem geared while also doing scenarios and also running epic quests.

It means that you can do Public Quests of the Tier 3 zones to get the PvE set from them. In purple and gold bags you will find the gear. Also PQs are great sources of experience cause NPCs are massed there, being very easy to get.

While doing so, join for scenarios to get some fun in the middle of that grind, and some renown.
