my computer is
CPU -8320 8 core amd
RAM 8GB
VGA MSI RX480 8 GB
SSD hdd
WINDOWS 64bit PRO 10

i had a long time to play about 6 months ..before i used to play with an NVIDIA GTX 660 never had such a problem

Now the problem is that is crashing at once ...I enter the game and after 1 min the game is closed and i see the loader
I have full benchmark my pc and is ok.
Format the pc and download tha game from the loader again.

i have the latest drivers on AMD 19.6.2

If i change any option in game from fast frame to high quility is the same .

NOTE: i am playing in an LG ultra wide screen 2560x1080

There are a number of ways to reduce crashes. In graphics options turn off post processing especially in keeps and battles with high numbers this can cause crashes. Clear youre cache and make sure you are running the 64 bit client. If you are in a location that has a high ping crashes are more likely due to poor server handshaking.

my line is 50mb/s

also if i stay more than 5 min without crash the sound is stack.with the same noise

i am using the HDMI audio with the speekers on monitor

any game if i play with full graphics is playing 100%

I am also having this issue, although only with order characters. I can run around as chaos just fine.

In this case i would recommend reinstaing the game completely new. Use a fresh new download aswell. I recomment the torrent
