Latest updates:
[RvR]
-You can now queue for more than one scenario.
-Added Nordenwatch scenario
-Scenarios should now be balanced.
[Abilities]
[Disciple of Khaine]
-Blood Offering fixed
[Influence]
-You now gain influence from Public Quests and from Killing players in RvR.
-You can now claim influence rewards.

So the previous changelog is ignored? Heard major changes but none listed.

Would really like to know what is meant by "- Scenario balancing should now be better"
I am a fairly detail oriented person, and was wondering how balancing for Scenarios works.
