Hello Everyone! New To RoR!

Hey everyone,
I am brand new to RoR, still downloading the game in fact. But, I wanted to introduce myself. I have played MMO's for a while, ever since Everquest and Dark Age of Camelot. But, looking for a new MMO home, and love the warhammer universe. Love the idea of Realm vs Realm as well since that gave me purpose in DAOC. I really felt like my actions meant something, not just level grinding.
Anyways, I was wondering does one side or the other need more players? Are there certain types of classes that are needed?
