Assign bonus damage/healing from WP prayers to WPs in SCs

Is there any hope in having the bonus prayer damage/healing to WPs in SCs? This is important when experimenting with builds since the bonus damage and heals come from the WP. I think this may be partly why people look down on prayer of devotion, which seems to do a large amount of healing during a match.
The issue is, that the prayer of devotion seems to be very powerful (and maybe even doubles the healing of DPS WP), but it is very hard to determine just how much healing it does. Likewise, it is impossible for players to tell if the prayer for bonus damage is worth it, as I can't see how much damage that adds. But it is presumably quite high since it is doing 250 damage every 1 in 5 hits.
This should be applied to most buffs that add a fixed amount of damage to attacks or incoming damage (e.g., 25% chance of dealing a fixed amount of damage/heal) as it would greatly increase the scope of seeing how important these classes are in SCs, and thereby increase the popularity of support classes/builds more generally.
