Return of Reckoning

Hi ive asked in advice chat over a long time since i noticed the change and nobody has been able to answer me.

What does the tactic Waaagh Frenzie do on the shammy.
(I'll Take That! and Fury of Da Green will now inflict 0 Elemental damage,
but niether will grant a fixed heal, nor will they be castable on the move.)

Ive slotted it several times and don't notice what it does, or doesn't do.

As far as I know it's a relic from some already reverted changes to the shaman, that has been overseen/ignored. There is already an open Ticket for this tactic.

Ah kk, i just wasn't sure if i was doing anything wrong as i'd seen it for some time.
