No loot from lair

I killed Renatta Betz, the dwarf lair.. and it stood "you've killed Renatta Betz" ... and still no loot from it. Why ?

I don't want to spread panic, but i've seen a suspicious elf and an even more suspicious gobbo sneaking around the mysterious lever in the nordland RvR lake, everytime before this happened.
