Return of Reckoning

Due to the lack of T2-3 scenarios, would the ability to convert medals to emblems, even at a 5:1, be balance breaking? I'd only be referring to scout and soldier medals and emblems.

I feel it'd afford the ability to let leveling character's maintain up to date gear regardless of their spec.

You can get good amaunt of scenarios from 20-23 h GTM+1,after that it's dead,i'am in que for 4 hours at this point
