Are you sure second one is Aura? That's the addon im asking, type the skill name and shows the icon when enemy using on you.

Its definitely Aura.

DL it from idrinth tools website (its semi official addon site) and try to find guide on Youtube, as I remember one guy made it some time ago. Addon seems quite complicated at first, but later setting next auras is like copy/paste.

I never used aura, but by the looks of it, it looks like your typical weakaura/poweraura from world of warcraft, in which case its an addons that allow you to display stuff that you want on your screen (Procs, debuffs, buffs etc) but you generally have to setup those "alerts" yourself in the addons config window.
