Return of Reckoning

Good morning everyone.
I really enjoy playing RoR. Thx for everyone help this game.
Yesterday was a strange evening. I played my lvl 19 toon. Try to defend Caledor. After a death the bolstering system get brocken.
No bolster anymore. Trying to restart didnt work.
So I dicieded to play scenarios.
First its all finde. Suddenly the bolstering is away.
So I played on Level 19...
Is there any button or any key-combination to get bolstering back? There are alot of players having no problems, so I think. I have done anything wrong

I'm surprised this has gone all for so long. It started 24hours plus ago and I just logged on and its still active. It seems random but 90% of the time bolster is not working. I was just in KV running around and i would get messages about it turning off and on but it was never really on at any point. Yesterday I entered Praag and it didnt work. I Went into a scenario and it didnt work for anyone but later it worked in another zone. Return to Praag and nothing.

Bolster is still in a semi broken state after the recent restart. Here is an example of my 37 zealot having bolster buff showing while in IC:



The bolster buff is not actually working in the screenshot though. However, that is also sometimes the case in the rvr lakes where it _should_ be working.
