hi, what about creating a single compressed archive of a typical installation (perhaps self extracting could be better) , storing it on the server (or under a host like the megaupload of old) and changing the setup documentation replacing the line that says that the installer could be used to downlad the entire installation with the link to the direct download of that single file archive ?
