I don't know what changes you guys made but I've had this bug now for some time and it constantly boots me to char select menu so much I can't even log in and do 1 SC before getting booted.

I don't know if you ever got any kind of help with this or not, but I just downloaded this game again and the exact same thing is happening to me. some characters work okay but the sound is messed up. It says Region Server is Unavailable. I have no idea how to fix it and it sucks because I really wanted to play this game again.

Got this error message too. But at least there is no boot to desktop. Game is fully playable.

try repair at the launcher ?
