Return of Reckoning

Hello, I’m a new prospective player for RoR. I downloaded the game through the launcher on the website, but whenever I try to play, there is no option to select a server, and after about 30 seconds my game freezes and I get a critical failure error that just terminates the application.

I’m using windows 10, on a new pc, 2 months old
