My war-64.exe file is gone and i can not download it from torrent download cause i fricked up somethin can someone help me ?

gone where? could it have been quaratined by your antivirus ?
anyway , the laucher will download it.

Sounds like the anti virus does not like it.
Add the game directory to exceptions

May need to restart pc after doing this then should work.
To be more concrete would be helpful to write the error message

I just had same norton deleted removed war 64
had to restart pc, go into Norton, history, quarantine, restore

I have had the same, Norton deletes WAR-64.exe however to bypass this, go into norton settings then Programme Control, then search for WAR-64.exe and change the setting from "auto" to "allow", this should then allow you to launch and play the game.

I'm having a similar issue as of this patch: the launcher downloads a manifest, verifies data and interface, says finalizing, then "Could not download file from server (WAR-64.exe). FWIW I grabbed the war-64 linked above and now instead it says can't download WAR.exe
