Return of Reckoning

I just started the game and I'm at level 20. I want a build to go to war.

You don't really need Rugged while you have the bolster to level 48, so up to level 31 you can equip other tactics.

In the name of God, it's been asked for a level 20ish character and you posted a 40/70+ build... read the thread posts, please.

Rather take bubble instead of knock down, much more useful to your group as there are a lot of kds and staggers flying around anyway.

...and you made a build 10 ranks above it... to aim for... so did i... just remove the abilites thats not available for the point... jeesus...
its apperenty ok for you to do wrong (because then its not "that bad")

to op - i sincerely hope you didnt suffer any larger trauma by my wrongdoing like the other person (who wants you to use kd before bubble, one of the best defensive abilites in the game)
