Return of Reckoning

i was playing destruction on my account and my son wanted to play using my computer using his account, when i logged off and he logged in it gave him a message at character select that he is locked to destruction for xx mins , now my son mainly plays order characters and he was quite upset as to not being able to play his toons,
just wondering why this has happened

Believe the lockout is based on IP address

This is because a number of ppl have multiple accounts. Issue is identifying different ppl vs different accounts
