Return of Reckoning

I really cant uderstand why game is still forcing players to get stuck in City (IC/Altdorf) to be able to finish the SC quests....cant find the reason behind this point...

Now with the city sieges running is even worse because during siege the NPC to finish the quest is not available and there is no way to finish the quests... during the x2 event i was leveling my zealot and cant turn the last sc quest from last night (during the IC siege), now when i will log in, the event will be finished and will get less reward for the wins...


Please make possible to finish the quests at the NPC into SC (keep the IC one too), so we have 2 ways to finish this quests.

Yes, please move the hand in to the Scenario itself (or both if possible). It makes it really suck to do SC's while not standing around in the city as you lose out on so many emblems if you can't hand in the quest after every win.
